Check the bottom of your Rite Aid receipts for the survey information.

When you complete this phone survey they will give you a code that you enter on the receipt and take back to the store for $3 off $12!

We did two transactions from the the Mobile Rite Aid store on Cottage Hill and University Blvd and both receipts had this information. We did two transactions at the Government Street store and it did not result in this offer at the bottom of the receipt. We received the chance to win $500 if we did a phone survey. This would not be worth our time but the $3 off $12, you bet. Entry code expires 14 days from the date of the receipt.
