How to turn split breast into boneless chicken (it is easier than you think)

These were a different cut then the last split chicken breast we cut so we had to cut from the other side.

First remove the skin and fat

 

Second run your knife along the bone to remove the breast

 

 

Use the bones and the small pieces for chicken noodle soup or chicken n dumplings
