Your standard manufacture coupon starts with a 5 or 9 on the bottom UPC code. CVS coupons start with a 4 and can be stacked with a manufacture coupon. Some CVS stores will consider these manufacture coupons and will not let you stack regardless of the number. Because will vary not only from store to store but coupon to coupon, ask your store manager how they are handling these coupons.
