The Pharmacy Game is where you take one prescription (use more than one is for the organized) and transfer it from store to store and get store gift cards for the transfer.
Some states have put a stop to pharmacies using incentives to transfer prescriptions. Unfortunately Alabama is one of those states.
The Pharmacy Game only works if more stores will start issuing more pharmacy coupons from week to week so you can transfer them around each month or every other month. The pharmacist or staff may look at you funny and they probably don’t like us writing about this. 
They may also require that you only do this every 6 months.

Have you noticed that the deals are getting few and far between? It appears we have turned a corner on couponing, where deals are getting harder and harder to find and match-ups are not has common as before. Personally we have adjusted our shopping trips to include more in our stockpile to compensate for this trend. Instead of buying our normal stockpile we are making several trips to several stores and buying more. Another way to compensate would be to collect more coupons from your friends and family. A friend of us gave us 6 more P&G inserts so back to Walgreen’s we go for another round of Ivory soap.

Here is an example of how to roll your Walgreens Register Rewards (RRs). We did a total of 4 transactions of the following products. We had to purchase a filler for the 2nd – 4th transaction because Walgreens considers a Register Reward as a manufacture coupon (rule of one manufacture coupon per item). Remember you can not roll a Register Reward for the same product company, well you can but it will not give you the 2nd Register Reward.
