Here is the list of coupons from the Walgreen’s April Coupon Book. These books can be found next to the store circulars by the front door around 3/31. Use these coupons at Walgreen’s in combination with manufacture coupons when these products go on sale. You can show the cashier the Walgreen’s coupon from this book and you don’t have to “clip” it. Use only one of these coupons for several items that you purchased, the register will automatically deduct it for all the items that you have purchased with the scan of one coupon. These coupons are also available online but save your ink and get them in the stores.
We have gotten reports that some cashiers are telling their customers that the coupons inside the Walgreen’s coupon books are manufacture coupons. This is not true, these are Walgreen’s store coupons that can be stacked with manufacture coupons. Check the the circular ad for 10/23-10/29 for the Scott Naturals paper towels that proves this.

We did this deal today after 4pm central time. If you have been reading Frugal Fairhope for a while you would have read that Walgreen’s and CVS deals go into effect Saturday evening. Register Rewards and ECBs will not print but if you have a deal like this one that you don’t want to miss you can do it Saturday night (right now) and sleep in Sunday morning.
We were in the Pensacola area where you do not pay tax on diabetic supplies. Here is what we did:

UPDATE: We tried this in two separate Walgreen’s stores and worked without question. We did hand the cashier the manufacture coupon first then the Walgreen’s coupon (that could make a difference). You Walgreen’s may vary if they will accept this deal. You could try purchasing additional products instead of the gift cards. Check out the Frugal Fairhope Forum and the Frugal Fairhope Facebook Fan page for status from other readers.

The best way we see to do this is to get it for completely free and not take advantage of the $10 RRs. Our reasoning is we can always go back for more free laundry detergent and donate the dish liquid.
