While we try to buy locally when we can there are just some things that are not available locally. For example recently we were looking for a dragon pinata and a Scarecrow Sprinkler (keep the chickens and the occasional deer out of the garden); we have been to 12+ stores from Spanish Fort to Fairhope with no luck. So in these cases we shop on line.

UPS now has a new service that is really going to come in handy this holiday season when our packages really start coming in. They are providing services like getting alerts before a package arrives, electronically authorize packages for drop-off, re-route to other locations and many other options.
