All we ask is you send us a stamp so we can mail the coupons to you.

Here are the steps if you want coupons:

1. Send an email to Frances at Frugal Fairhope dot com with the coupons you would like to have based on the list below.
2. We will send you a mailing address to mail your postage paid envelope.
3. Once we receive your envelope we will mail you the coupons you requested. If we do not receive your envelope within 10 days of your request, the coupons you requested will go back up on the list.

We love it when our readers come back again and again for coupons. So if you are one of our many readers that come back again and again for coupons you can send us a few stamps and we will use those stamps to send you your coupons.

Don’t be shy, you can take as many coupons as you want as many times as you want. Is is fine with us if you want to take and not give. We understand that sometimes you just don’t have the time. We know you will give something later to someone else, even if it is not a coupon.

The coupons are listed in alphabetical order by category. We have put the new coupons we received today (1/29) in italic.
