Did You Know Walgreens?
Did you know that you can print Walgreens circular coupons from their site? If you don’t get the circular and didn’t pick up the Sunday paper you can still get access to the Walgreen’s circular coupons by going on line. Use these coupons for the grocery stores in your area that accept competitor coupons.
To find out more about Walgreen’s and how to use those Register Rewards (RRs) check out How Does This Work? Here are some key points to note about RRs:
- Walgreens RRs will not roll over for the same products. If you pay for an item with RRs make sure the item you are purchasing is not the same as what is located on the RR. If it is the same company then the RR will not print out after the transaction.
- You will need to get Management approval if you use more coupons or RRs beyond the number of items you are purchasing. For example, if you purchased two candy bars and used one RR plus 2 MFG coupons, the register will not accept your last coupon since you only had two items and three coupons. Always use your highest coupon value first when shopping at Walgreens.
- RRs, store coupons, and manufacturer coupons can be stacked and used in one transaction as long as you follow the above guideline.
- RRs must be greater than the purchase amount, no change can be given.
- RRs print from the Catalina machine after the transaction. If you ever have issues with the Catalina machine call this number 1-888-8COUPON.
- RRs are not manufacturer’s coupons, but sometimes a manufacturer’s coupon will print after the transaction. It looks like a RR but as long as it doesn’t state “only to be used at …” you can use this coupon anywhere that accepts manufacturer’s coupons.
- RRs can be treated like cash for products in the store.
- RRs have a very short expiration date.
- If the cashier has the time, you can do more than one transaction in your trip and use the RRs to pay for the next purchase.
