I went to publix today and tried to buy vicks sample sizes with the 2 coupons. And the cashier said absolutely not. I cannot use coupons if there will be overages. Does that sound right. I thought that was allowed.

No that does not, we use overages all the time. But there are some “cashiers” that can be difficult. Personally we refuse to get cash out of the register.

I have to ask which Publix store told you this? Did you ask to speak with a manager?
