Public 7/1 Deals
Grand Opening is tomorrow.
The Publix store will be opening on July 1st at 8am. They are giving away reusable grocery tote bags to the first 1500 customers.
Like Winn-Dixie, Bruno’s, Greers, Food World and other grocery stores the flyers for Publix run from Wednesday to Tuesday. We have confirmed the Fairhope Publix store will run their sales from Wednesday to Tuesday. Opening day will be the beginning of the new week of Publix sales. If you check the Publix site, they are only posting last weeks sales (up until today) and not next weeks sale.
We confirmed that Publix will take the following competitor coupons:
- Winn-Dixie
- Piggly Wiggly
- Bruno’s
- Greer’s
- Food World (if we had one)
We also confirmed the following:
- They will not take competitor coupons from Target.
The Daphne Target is not classified as a grocery store. - They will not price match on other store circulars.
- There are B1G1 and 2for1 sales. We confirmed with an associate that 2 for1 sales will ring up 1/2 price for each item and B1G1 will ring up as full price on the one and free for the other.
- And of course this is all up to the store managers discretion
Take all of this with a grain of salt as Mamo use to say.
