Silent Programs – WIC
Silent Programs V
We have noticed that there are programs (government and private) that no one seems to know about. If they do, they are keeping it quiet. Well, we are going to try and bring these programs out in the open in hopes that it will inform the people who really need it. We started a series of posts called Silent Programs.
