Thanks to Reader A… on Facebook for giving us a heads up that our area will now qualify for Winn-Dixie Fuel Perks starting August 1st. This is going to be a great deal when you stack the rewards with the Publix Gas Card offers.

This morning, we stopped at the Shell station on Hwy 98 and Hwy 64 this morning. The screen at the pump asked us if we had a FRN/Winn-Dixie Rewards Card. Here is a photo of our receipt.

The FRN card is the Shell rewards card that you can apply for online.

You have to get a new card to get the Fuel Perks. “Rewards can be earned only with a Customer Reward Card that begins with 9800420.”  You can get a new Winn-Dixie rewards card at your local Winn-Dixie store starting at the end of the month.

Here is how the Winn-Dixie Fuel Perks program works:

Most of you know that Winn-Dixie has a fuelperks card where you can get $.05 off gallon of gas WYB $50 in groceries (there are also bonus points when you buy certain products) at Winn-Dixie.

You have to sign up for a card with a magnetic strip (which we have done) and use it like you use your current Winn-Dixie card to get the discounts like you would with you current card. The difference is you will be getting fuel perks.

Fuel Perks Expire. “Your fuelperks! will expire on a rolling schedule – at the end of the month immediately following the month that you earn them.”
